AP TESTING IN TWO DAYS.
Time to cram because I forgot everything I learned in AP US Government back in first semester.
Wish me luck.

Re: What did you do today?
Roughly around 10 days of school left until graduation. And at least three of those days are half-days.
Hoping that this one scholarship/financial aid organization does not screw me over with their unwillingness to admit their own mistake. It would be nice not to resort to desperate measures, but knowing how I tend to end up with the worst luck...
The weather is very bipolar. Usually we don't get rain around this time of year where I live, but it's rainy and mildly cold. Not so bad for hot-weather-hating people like me, but it's still very peculiar.

Re: What did you do today?
Just finished my Chinese 'O' Levels today. I'm sure to fail. I'll probably have to retake it again at the end of the year but I'd probably get the same result. =/
Chinese is >=(
Anyway, now me and my classmates are at a LAN shop to sort of celebrate that its over. I wanted to play Left 4 Dead 2 but everyone else wants to play DOTA. Which I am terrible at.
So now I'm paying $1.20 per hour to surf the net.

Summer school, summer school...~
Academic decathlon is actually fun.
...Aside from the reading. Boring reading is boring. (But, unfortunately, required.)
Impromptu speeches amuse me.

This year's E3 did not disappoint.Vincent wrote:FF14 is coming...
At least Nintendo didn't. And Konami's conference was a comedy routine so they don't count.

this happened not today - it's on wednesday
and yay i have collected another manga-panel-like experience: i was indirectly proposed to by a 7 year old kid at the centre i am part-time teaching at ~___~
say say, how is one suppose to fell when a sickly child who has no mother gets very attached to you and repeatedly asks you to please don't go home? that's how i felt... then.
well, i have other things to do, so i can't go there everyday - it's a weekly thing anyway. but for that few minutes, i wished that i could be his mom.

Re: What did you do today?
Something happened on their end when they were processing my application, and thus they messed up some information. It's finally been fixed though, so hopefully that's the end of that. >.>martia wrote:what do you mean? by the org's mistake and by desperate measures......AYC wrote:Hoping that this one scholarship/financial aid organization does not screw me over with their unwillingness to admit their own mistake. Learning driving before I head off to uni. So far, so good -- nothing dead, nothing broken so far. My arm kind of hurts from steering one handed from the bottom of the wheel though (part of my training?).
Although it's the first summer I haven't had summer homework for in a few years, I'm actually reading a book (would make my English teachers proud, I guess). Kazuo Ishiguro's "The Unconsoled", in a nutshell about a musician with bad memory. Kind of entertaining, kind of not. ;x

Uhm....so I didn't know the site got reupdated.
And that most of the regulars are still here.
Er, hello. This is Chinchin(?) I don't even remember my old username.
But yes, I'm Rachel. Hello again. :O How are you all?
I'm in Cali and for some reason I decided to visit old forums and came across this! Good yes?
